Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and furla77 (hereinafter "furla77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at https://furla77.cam.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using any feature of the furla77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the furla77 platform, used to access games, place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds separately held in a bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and address verification process that furla77 may require any Player to complete prior to or during the withdrawal process, or at any point the Platform deems it necessary for compliance purposes.

• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means countries or territories from which access to the Platform is blocked or restricted, as determined by furla77 at its sole discretion in accordance with licensing and compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified algorithmic system that governs the outcomes of non-live electronic casino games on the Platform.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the furla77 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold applies to all players regardless of their location or the age of majority in their country of residence. furla77 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the player lifecycle.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated by such an account will be forfeited. furla77 may report such instances to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the furla77 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds.

3.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and throughout the period in which you hold an account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without refund of deposits in cases where fraud is suspected.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

furla77 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or from jurisdictions that have been specifically designated as Restricted Jurisdictions by the Platform. Players are responsible for confirming their eligibility to participate. Registration from a Restricted Jurisdiction, whether through VPN or other circumvention means, is a breach of these Terms.

Account Rules & Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. furla77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. You are required to notify furla77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

furla77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and in certain circumstances, proof of payment method (screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank account statement).

Withdrawal requests will be processed only after satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and approved. furla77 targets a same-day KYC review for submissions received during standard operating hours, though complex cases may take longer. Failure to provide KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the furla77 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all active bonus funds will be forfeited and any applicable wagering requirements must be resolved. Real-money balances, subject to successful KYC verification, will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. furla77 may charge an account maintenance fee on inactive accounts at a rate of up to MYR 30 per calendar month, deducted from the remaining account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of inactivity fees. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity may be closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

furla77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and cryptocurrency wallets supporting BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), and LTC. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, as follows: e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — minimum MYR 30; bank transfer via DuitNow/FPX — minimum MYR 50; cryptocurrency deposits — minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation from the payment processor.

furla77 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified, appears to be associated with fraudulent activity, or that exceeds account limits applicable to the player's current KYC status.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) full KYC verification having been completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses having been met; (c) the withdrawal amount being within the applicable daily and monthly limits; and (d) the account being in good standing with no outstanding disputes or security flags.

furla77 targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — within 5–15 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals — within 15–30 minutes subject to network conditions; bank wire transfers — within 15–60 minutes. These are target ranges, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside furla77's direct control.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. furla77 is not responsible for currency fluctuations in the value of cryptocurrency between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your furla77 account, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. furla77 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the furla77 platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and minimum deposit conditions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total betting turnover a player must achieve before bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of MYR 100 with a wagering requirement of 35x requires the player to place total bets of at least MYR 3,500 before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slots contribute 100% of bet value, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute at a lower rate. Specific game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

furla77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include: exploiting offer limitations through low-risk bet strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; using system vulnerabilities to claim bonuses multiple times; or any other activity deemed by furla77, in its sole discretion, to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.

Where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed, furla77 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the player's account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if abuse is confirmed.

6.4 Withdrawal Prior to Meeting Wagering Requirements

If a player requests a withdrawal before fully completing applicable wagering requirements, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Only the player's original cash balance (net of any deposits used to claim the bonus) will be returned, subject to KYC verification.

Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 RNG Certification

All electronic casino games on the furla77 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently tested to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by either the player or the operator.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

7.4 Disconnection Policy

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the furla77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to furla77 support immediately.
6. Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 6.3 of these Terms.
7. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other circumvention technology.
8. Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are known or suspected to be the proceeds of unlawful activity, in breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
9. Engaging in any form of chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or reversals against legitimate transactions.
10. Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at furla77 staff or other platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the furla77 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, text, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of furla77 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any intellectual property of furla77 without prior written consent.

Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, framing, or any other form of exploitation of furla77's intellectual property may result in legal action in the applicable jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, furla77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensed technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings or wagering losses resulting from game outcomes;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any action taken by furla77 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension pending investigation;
• Changes to payment processing times caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

furla77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon publication on this page, unless otherwise specified. Where changes are material, furla77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to the player's account or via an on-screen notification upon next login.

Your continued use of the furla77 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you are required to cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which furla77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with furla77's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, furla77's server logs shall be considered the authoritative record of events. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant licensing authority as a last resort. Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer rights to which you may be entitled under applicable Malaysian law.
